We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to these agreed timeframes; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight variations. In such cases, we will promptly notify the Client of any delays and work towards finding a suitable alternative.
- Client Responsibilities
3.1 Information and Materials
To facilitate the consultation process, the Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access to relevant resources within a reasonable timeframe. The Client acknowledges that the quality and accuracy of the consultation services depend on the information and materials provided.
3.2 Availability and Communication
The Client must be available at the agreed-upon consultation sessions and promptly respond to any requests for additional information or clarification. Timely communication ensures the smooth progress of the consultation process and helps us deliver effective and efficient services.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any reports, recommendations, or documents provided during the consultation process, remain the exclusive property of Slovakia Consulting unless otherwise specified in writing. The Client may use the delivered materials for internal purposes only and shall not distribute, reproduce, or disclose them to third parties without our prior written consent.
- Confidentiality
We understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality during the consultation process. We will treat all information provided by the Client as strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or with the Client’s consent. We have implemented appropriate measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of client information.
- Fees and Payments
The fees for our consultation services will be agreed upon in advance and specified in our agreement with the Client. Payment terms and methods will also be outlined in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or suspension of the consultation services.
