The business conditions are part of the concluded consumer contract between the seller/provider on the one hand and the buyer/interested party on the other. All contractual relationships are concluded in accordance with the legal order of the Slovak Republic. In the event that the consumer is the contracting party, relations not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code, Act No. 250/2007 Coll., on consumer protection, Act no. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection when selling goods or providing services on the basis of a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the seller’s premises and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws, Act no. 22/2004 Coll. on electronic commerce, all in the valid version. If the contracting party is an entrepreneur, relations not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by Act No. 513/1991 Coll. as amended.

By accepting this Terms and Conditions client accepts all terms and conditions of all transactions stated in this document.
Payment
Slovakia Consulting s.r.o. accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
Amount reserved
When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Debit card authorization
When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time.
Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.
Credit Card authorization
The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview.
All prices on the website include VAT.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
Slovakia Consulting s.r.o. offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must be delivered to us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on info@slovakiaconsulting.eu. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
There is no refunds provided for kolky exchange services.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Slovakia Consulting s.r.o. in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Slovakia Consulting s.r.o. covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Terms of refund for coupons of Slovak ekolky system
Slovak kolky are coupons used to pay fees to Slovak Republic for variability of services. We provide refund services for people, who bought kolky online officially via government website. By accepting this terms and conditions document client confirm that he is the owner of bank account and debit card that was or will be used for paying for kolky online. Client also declare that he has personally bought koky and he is the sole owner and ultimate beneficiary of the coupons, he request to refund.

He is also obliged to fill KYC form and complete Sumsub verification. If client wants his refund to be paid in cryptocurrency, he must fill his USDT address on BEP20 chain in his profile here:
After the client complete verification, he will receive shared folder invitation on his Gmail mail. After he uploads coupons there, they become subject of refund service of Slovakia Consulting. For client is prohibited to personally cancel or refund ekolky for next 7 days after upload to the folder.
Slovakia Consulting s.r.o. will take variable fee for refund from 3 % to 20 %. The fee is not subject of agreement and is calculated during refund process. By submitting kolky to the folder you agree with fee. The fee is not refundable.
